Healing starts with the peace within you. Accept experiences as they are. Find the capacity within oneself to solve one’s own challenges. Choose to be the student, not the victim. Live in a state of love where you express your feelings and are free of self judgement. Forgiveness makes you lighter. Give yourself grace and be radically vulnerable to the human experiment. Human to human. Igniting a spark that lights the lanterns that guide us home. 

The deeper you research the more you don’t know, acceptance of the mystery, trial and error, perfection is a lie, there’s more than one route, many ways to be me, to feel my skin, to live in my breath, speak to angels, reflect the Great Spirit, channel the universal soul!

In my being, there is vitality in beauty, urgency in pleasure, curiosity for novel feelings, ideas, and the things that embody my human experience, creative manifestations, a fluent state of reflective love, to believe in mysteries beyond my knowing.
