Awakening The Senses
Creativity. Collectivity. Compassion.
There are three integrations that I believe will drive human endeavor…those three C’s are…CREATIVITY, COLLECTIVITY, and COMPASSION.
On Creativity…
The phrase, “I desire” is a powerful, spiritual life-force. I desire to nurture a community around me that supports the creative act and the well-being of the land.
What’s one thing you want right now, ethereal or in grasp? Maybe you desire rest or the ability to levitate. Maybe you want to invest in that business coach or fly off-grid to Svalbard.
I can tell you now that whatever you deeply desire would be a service to us all. Something that expands you will always be in the benefit of everyone.
When we follow desire we find purpose. I have found my purpose in encouraging authentic expression, stewardship of the sensual and restoration of life.
Everything becomes clear when you experience those pivotal moments in early life. What’s a core memory or desire that has accompanied you your whole life?
There’s an autobiographical filter we translate through our creativity. It’s part, a seduction of the muses and moments in life that leave us with a new lens to share. We inform another through the imperfections of our lives. Art is beautiful, not in it’s perfection, but in it’s honesty. This is how creativity leads into collectivity.
Collectivity…
The “right” path is not diverged, but more so my end of the ocean and yours. Wisdom isn’t sought in one direction, but from all streams, rivers and creeks, flowing into a great ocean.
I don’t believe in unity, I believe in non-duality.
Look at a renaissance painting. There is a focal point where it’s extremely light and a part where it’s heavily dark, then the other elements sort of blend in with the gray. This technique, chiaroscuro is the dramatization of light and dark. We tend to look at the duality or contrast of a painting as the most interesting aspect, but what if the hidden messages lie in the gray?

We often use duality as a device to criticize or divide ourselves. We like duality because it offers the false myth of perfection or sensibility. We use it to define gender expression, to determine wrong or right…you’re either Pro-Life or Pro-Choice, if you don’t love it then you hate it, if you’re not in heaven, you’re in hell because the diversity of truth is not convenient.
Let’s not pretend it’s not complicated. We’re as complex as our invention of 10 million colors. Is truth one or many? Are we not all a unique experience of universal consciousness?
Without your contributing experience of the world, there can be no complete truth.
Compassion…
Love is all-surrounding. When I look to you, I reflect my reality into yours. It unifies my experience of life with yours. This is the workings of compassion.
If we were meant to create, we were meant to co-create - actively manifesting our desires together. When we trust in the universal, we hold faith that everyone on our path is contributing to our benefit and in return.
We are all at the intersection of each other’s greatness.
With this understanding of human complexity, I ask you to be considerate and be generous with your kindness. Keep the good juju coming.
In the name of the sensual or erotic, we hold the feminine spirit of creativity, collectivity and compassion. The role of the feminine is the breath within body, liberating human potential. If you awaken your senses, the world will expand you.
With love and compassion,
